Please add suspend/resume/hibernate button to web UI

Hi,

This should not require command line intervention to resume a VM, since that is so common.

Just add them here

Which version of Proxmox VE are you on? I suspect not a recent one, as the pause and hibernate buttons have been added to the right click menu some time ago.
