permission denied while trying to move between PVEs

Hi,
I'm having 2 Proxmox clusters

Only in 1 of it, I have strange issue
While moving between PVEs, and trying to go to some other PVE's tab [such as "Disks"/"System" etc.], suddenly I'm getting a Login Windows, and even after enter the correct details, I see only the message "permission denied - Invalid PVE ticket (401)".

I tried Chrome, Firefox, and different PCs

Can you know what can cause it ? and how to solve it ?
