Hello,
I am a new user, and after hooking up a disk with ext4 fs as datastore for pbs (version 2.1-1), I noticed periodic write activity:
In theory, I would like to spin down the drives (since they are used once a day maximum), but since this does not seem possible easily with proxmox (?), it is not a necessity.
I was also wondering, if it is possible to surpress the periodic write? It quite frankly is pretty annoying, since I can hear that high pitch sudden disk write noise from the other room, where the server is located.
The write seems forced by the pbs directly, I already followed advice on surpressing pvestatd, but that was only part of the problem (hence you cannot see it on the screenshot).
Kind regards

EDIT: For testing purposes, I added another disk with zfs as datastore. Since doing that, the write activity on the first datastore stopped, there is no more write activity on any of the datastore disks now... Seems like a bug?
