Performance cluster 3 nodes ?

Here is the technical characteristics of cluster CPUs with 3 nodes:
4 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1225 v6 @ 3.30GHz (1 Socket)
4 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz (1 Socket )
4 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2224G CPU @ 3.50GHz (1 Socket)

As we can read from the description, I have a pve3 node with i5 cpu which compared to the other two is always the most performing, the most memory discharge. The PC is a refurbished Fujitusu with equal 32GB memory than the others. I wonder why an older machine with i5 CPU can perform better than the other Xeons!

If it's single thread performance, that this is clear. The i5 has only a few cores and can turbo higher than the Xeons.

How do you measure performance?

More than measurements I see it in production, i5 is always low in memory and CPU despite several VMs, the others are not
