The easiest and most stable way is to take backups of your VMs and restore them on the new nodes. You just need a storage that is accessible by both the source and target node. Alternatively you could give PDM[1] (even just in an LXC) a try, it supports remote migration, so you could migrate your VMs like that, keep in mind that this is still in beta though.
