PCIe passthrough to LXC

I have been looking for hours and cannot find anything that is actually helpful.

I want to pass a Hauppauge PCIe WinTV-QuadHD into an LXC. I Can find a bunch of gpu to LCX but not complete walk-throughs and even more USB to LXC.

Any help with finding a walk-through or advice on how to get it running would be great.
