PCIE HBA IT Mode Passthrough

I currently have a Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8 in IT mode and am able to see the disks in proxmox using lsblk

My goal is to create a unraid vm passing through the pcie device.

I currently have an unraid vm working but when trying to passthrough the pcie device it does not show up on the list of pcie devices.



I have already enabled IOMMU and it says that its enabled when doing:
dmesg | grep -e DMAR -e IOMMU

I am using proxmox version 5.4

it seems you did not enable iommu (since you have the yellow warning at the top) please read the docs carefully:

also according to https://wiki.unraid.net/Hardware_Compatibility
the card is a marvell chipset so it is either the 04:00.0 or the 09:00.0 device (probably the latter, but this is only guessed)

ok i have nearly the same exact board at home (only the 4 core variant) and sadly this cpu does not support vt-d which is necessary for pcie passthrough, so
with this hardware you will not be able to do pcie passthrough
