PCIe error

I am running:

after I installed an intel 10g card (x710 or x550) the system is flooded with the below messages. Is this a system board or kernel issue? Is there a way to suppress these messages. As you can see above I have tried all google search has to offer.

Same problem here with two Compex WLE900VX WiFi cards.

All ttys are flooded with these error messages, no chance to log-in and use any console.
