Hi,
The Proxmox GUI is no longer accessible... upon boot error messages show up that relate to PCIe Bus Errors (included in attachments to this post). This is the first (for me) serious error I got into since 2 years. This still rather newby is happy to receive your insights/suggestions on how recover from these errors.

P.s. all latest Proxmox upgrades were installed

Did this start all of a sudden? Or did this start after some update, e.g. kernel update?

I'd say this is probably a sign of failing hardware or kernel/driver issue. It might also be worth checking out if there are any BIOS updates available for your Motherboard.

Hi, It turns out these were two separate problems.. I haven't sorted out the PCIe error yet and I will look into the bios update. The cause for the GUI no longer being available was resolved by reinstalling the GUI with this shell command:
apt install -reinstall pve-manager proxmox-widget-toolkit libjs-extjs
source: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/reinstall-web-gui.72799/

Looking back, I think the failing GUI was caused by an failed attempt to show CPU temperatures in the GUI.

Thanks
