PCI hardware access on OpenVZ CT's

Hello,

is it possible to access PCI(e) hardware from a OpenVZ CT (Debian) ?

I'd like to have two OVZ CT's that should:

1) play ISDN BRI to SIP proxy (YATE or so and a Gerdes, Junghanns, Dialogic, ... card)
2) access a tape library on a SCSI card for backup (amanda)

This does seem possible. From the OpenVZ User's Guide (page 66)

Accessing Devices from Inside Virtual Private Server

It is possible to grant a Virtual Private Server read, write, or read/write access to a character or block device.

It should be easier with the tape drive than with a Telecom card, but there is evidence out there of people using Asterisk inside a container.
