PBS restore backup vm multiple disk wrong xfs

Hi,

has anyone ever restored a vm with multiple disks associated with it?
In my case, the restore breaks the xfs file system of the added disks.
Happened to someone else?

Hi,

should works without any issue. Could you see if there any error in restore task? and post your VM config qm config <VMID>, pveversion -v.

I perform a backup on PBS and then restore on another node with another id and storage. on startup, I get the message repair_xfs

i have installed everything from 0 locally and I have the exact same problem

disk mounts are included in fstab with UUID

Hi,

I tried that on my workstation, installed system based xfs filesystem and made backup & restore in the same node/storage also backup & restore in another node cluster different storage and everything works!

can you upgrade your Proxmox VE to the latest version and try again also what say qm start <VMID>

in the vm there are 2 disks. the boot one works perfectly. the problem is on the second disk
I update and try again
