PBS Problem, VM stürzt nach dem Backupvorgang ab und hängt

Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem.

Ich sichere mehrere VMs auf einen PBS, nach dem laut Log erfolgreichen Backupvorgang stürzt die VM jedoch ab.

.....danach folgen die restlichen VMs, die jedoch keine Probleme machen.

Die VM ist während dem Backup-Vorgangs erreichbar und funktioniert ohne Problem, doch dann bleibt alles hängen, es hilft nur mehr ein Neustart der VM.

leider weiß ich nicht wo das ganze Log der VM liegt, wenn es mir wer sagt, reiche ich das natürlich gerne nach.

Zur Info, der PBS ist auf einem VPS im Internet, ich sicher die Daten übers Netz, falls das relevant ist?

Mal ohne QEMU Guest Agent versuchen (in "Options" disablen, dnach die VM aus und wieder eingeschalten).
 
Danke für den Tip, hat leider nichts gebracht.
Ich pinge die VM während des Backup an, um zu sehen ob sie noch läuft, bei 30% war der Ping weg und kam auch nicht mehr. VM wird nach dem Backup als running angezeigt. Shutdown funktioniert nicht, nur ein Stop und dann wieder Start. Danach funktioniert alles wieder wie gewohnt.

Hi,
das klingt als ob der Gast bzw. die IO vom Gast wegen zu hoher Last nicht mehr zum Zug kommt. Falls es noch nicht gemacht wurde, den SCSI-Kontroller auf VirtIO SCSI single umstellen und auf der Disk iothread anmachen. Dann macht QEMU die Disk IO und das Handling vom Gast in verschiedenen Threads. Alternativ oder zusätzlich, ein Bandbreitenlimit (mit bwlimit) für den Backup-Job setzen oder die Anzahl der Worker reduzieren, siehe: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/t...ad-behavior-during-backup.118430/#post-513106
