PBS backups not show under <VM>/Backup ?

I took my first PBS backup tonight (and successfully restored it). However I noticed that while it shows up in PBS, and under the PVE PBS storage location, it isn't showing up under "Backups" for the VM itself.

When I take backups without using PBS, they do show up under this menu


Is this expected behavior or do I have something configured improperly?

Hi @athompson3117 ,
I believe this is expected. The two methods are using different stores and different backup sources. The PBS is a separate application from PVE. The PVE does not query PBS for available backups when you list local backups.
