PBS 3.1-1 - weird fail at instalation

Hey guys, any idea why this might happen? ( PBS 3.1-1 )
I've tried also xfs ext4 etc, same result.

this pbs instance is virtualised under pve 8.1.3 - latest atm ( 6.5.11-7-pve )

LE: I've downloaded pbs 2.4.1 and installs just fine under same vm, so it seems that is something with 3.1.1.

Update: I've redownloaded the whole iso and now works, it seems during the download something may happened, or iso was updated meanwhile.
