Pass-Through of identical (same VEN/DEV_ID) USB devices to different VMs

I have two identical USB devices:

user@host:$ lsusb
Bus 003 Device 005: ID 0123:4567 Dongle
Bus 003 Device 004: ID 0123:4567 Dongle

Is there a way to connect each device to a different VM?

The Option "Use USB Port (Passthrough a full port)" is what I was looking for. ;-)
