I had to stop my proxmox server which was working perfectly, then I had a problem with a storage space ... I restarted my server several times and I had the following error,

This is normal. The first (BIOS boot) partition is usually in the unused space between the start (with MBR or GPT) and the first actually correctly aligned partition (with number 2). Don't worry about the bad alignment of the first (BIOS boot) partition. That message probably has nothing to do with your problem with a storage space.
PS: That drive uses a GPT instead of a MBR, so you should use gdisk instead of fdisk.

Maybe the GPU is in the same IOMMU group as the storage controller. When you start the VM and passthrough the GPU, the Proxmox host loses all devices in the IOMMU group, and that could cause the storage to disappear. This is not an uncommon issue on this forum. You'll need to share more information about your hardware and IOMMU groups to diagnose this further.
