I am fairly new to Proxmox and have been stuck for a while. I built a small home server about 10 months ago. I have 1 M2 SSD, 1 SDD, and 2x 4TB HDD drives. Recently, my Proxmox stopped booting altogether and I keep getting the error mentioned in the title. After a while, I couldn't even access the boot menu anymore. Then I realized that one of my HDD drives was probably broken.
Now I'm trying to start Proxmox in recovery mode to see if I can recover anything, but I can't get past the boot menu. Even when I use debug mode and a zpool list, I get a message saying that I don't have any pools.
When I try to start in recovery mode, I get a message saying that rpool does not exist.
I'm not sure if I'm on the right track and wonder if it's even possible to recover any of the data or if I'm better off starting over.
