I've been using the community support and have yet to resolve some key issues that result in a server being unusable.
I've explored the paid options which include SSH, and while I find myself in the unfortunate position of not having the roughly 600 euros asked to fix my issues, the issues remain nonetheless..
I'm not opposed to paying for support, but the fee structure is prohibitive, and it seems in my cases community support won't solve my problems. I need someone that can SSH in and fix them server.
Are there any third party partners of Proxmox that offer a lower priced service, or even better, to be paid by the hour? I can't see that my issues take more than 2 hours work by a knowledgeable individual..
If there are any experts (like Udo
) that are available to assist by the hour could you please private message me?
Alternatively, if the Proxmox staff would consider an hourly rate perhaps they could offer such.
