I have been using proxmox for about 6months without issue, however in the last week I noticed my hosted Plex server start to buffer and bug out sending playback errors.
I've spent countless hours looking into why this is and also noticed that my other services running on proxmox are unresponsive at times.
When I ping the proxmox VE i get a perfect 0% packet loss, however when I ping either of my containers or VMs I get significant and variable packet loss, anything from 20-80% most of the time.
This has me thinking that the reason my services are not responding, be it plex or anything else I run, is that during that time the network interface is unresponsive for a reason that I dont know.
I havent changed anything to cause this - not that I can remember anyway,
i don't have a clue where to start in resolving this but would be eternally greatful for any advice - if you are kind enough to provide advice please bare in mind that I'm not too clued up and may need some hand holding but a beer via paypal is definately in it for anyone who can fix this.
P.S. I've tried totally remaking the VMs / containers however the problems persist.
