Hi,

I have created containers based on Wheezy and Jessie.

However, I cannot modify configuration, e.g. /etc/hosts, /etc/network/interfaces to fit to my needs.
Every time the container gets rebooted, the modification is overwritten.

This indicates that a config file is read to start the container.

Can you please advise?

Maybe can you make a request to proxmox team to add an option to not override theses files ?
May I suggest that proxmox not overwrite the files if they are changes unless instructed otherwise. Eg. files never gets overwritten unless an option is checked which instruct it to overwrite.

Indeed currently theses files are overwriten at start from the config defined in proxmox.

Maybe can you make a request to proxmox team to add an option to not override theses files ?

Hi,

How can I post a request to Proxmox?

Another question:
Where's the config file located that defines the container configuration?

THX
