Own transport rules to certain domains (outlook.com etc).

Hi,

We need own transport rules slowing down outgoing emails to certain recipients.
There is are main.cf.in master.cf.in but I can not edit transport file manually and keep the changes after GUI updates.
Also when tested gave this error:
outlook.com turtle: - wrong format at /usr/share/perl5/PMG/Config.pm line 963, <GEN15> line 4.

Only the turtle setting for .outlook.com, outlook.com etc.
I tried to use it for outgoing servers (3).

I tried but transport file is not in templates.
When i added to transport file directly got the error message on first post.

Ofcourse I did try it on shell.
BUT there is NO transport template file to use.
In my first post "There is are main.cf.in master.cf.in " should hint that I tried on shell.
Please try not to comment if you do not understand what "There is are main.cf.in master.cf.in " means.
Those files are no visible in GUI.
