Hello,

I'm testing proxmox and enjoy it a lot !

Here's my configuration:
hosts: 3x Quad 2 core Q8200 (no Vt !) with 8 go Ram in cluster.
OVZ Containers: CentOs 5 64 bits.

For now, I miss a functionnality:
- Load balancing over a Cluster of OVZ Conts
- And by consequence, live migration of OVZ conts: for now it doesn't work with my containers.

Tx,
Warrio.

Hi,How do you provide access to multiple servers and load balancing for PHP MySQL apps?Just bumping up memory cannot be the answer to scalabilityThanksSarat

Humm ... Personnally I don't really know ... but it seems possible : http://lbvm.sourceforge.net/

And, I don't need PHP and MySQL apps. My goal is to have almost 50 virtual servers (CentOs 5 64 bits) load balanced over 10 nodes. Servers are running gsoap services. The use of each server is not predictive.

For now:
- CentOs 5 64 bits virtual servers (ovz CT) don't migrate in live.
- load balancing doesn't exists for CTs.

Do you think it would be more possible with KVM vs ?

Id like to understand if/how I can take into account load balancing in my php code. For example, lets say I have the following network setup -
