OVH networking problem

Hello,

I am using proxmox in OVH.
i used their template of version 5 of proxmox and installed a new VM.
i also bought a ip address from OVH as explained
i put the mac address to the Virtual machine , configure it but i cannot ping outside the host.
Is there something special i need to do to be able to ping outside?

did you assign the MAC address to the ip address in the OVH panel?

the problem was with my virtual device, I needed to do a static arp entry on it as i cannot create a route to a device outside my mask.

what os are you using ¿? maybe CentOS 7.x ¿? with cPanel ¿?
