I have a OVH GAME dedicated server (64 GB RAM, OC CPU) and I have on VPS servers very slow upload speed.
On speedtest I have on VPS this speed shown below.
Unfortunately when I downlaod something via apache from that VPS or another one (same Master), speed it's about 300 kb/s. I've tested from different close countries and result it's same.
Any idea?
