Outgoing Spam Quarantine

It would be very useful if there was a way to filter outgoing spam in the spam quarantine section.

I mean you cannot sort outgoing spams.

my friend there are 100+ incoming spam
and 500+ outgoing spam on my quarantine.

How can i remove all outgoing spams at one time? Ineed to filter them first and delete ?
Is here any way for this ?

If you ask me outgoing spam quarantine can be totaly separate from the incoming

first i would try to see where the outgoing spam comes from and solve it at the source

also you can select all spam (per target) by clicking the square on the top left of the grid

also there is always the possiblity of scripting via the api/cli

you can use that with any http client (e.g. curl) or via the builtin tool: 'pmgsh'
