Hi,

I have added an aditional IP as alias to my PMG.

eth0 main IP
eth0:0 additional IP

There is any quick way to change the IP address used to send e-mails, to use eth0:0 instead the main eth0 ?

Thanks!

smtp_bind_address = x.x.x.x
on the Postfix configuration file.

Will be nice to see this option available in the gui.

Was hoping to use the config templates for smtp_bind_address to override the sending address.

Problem is confirmed via the docs with the below. Setting only allows to specify an IP, so can't use a common interface.

"Modified templates from /etc/pmg/templates/ are automatically synced from the master node to all cluster members."
Problem there is that the IPs are aliases on each VMs main NIC. We can't use interface names under the option; what to do?

@Stoiko Ivanov linked to this great article a year or two back, though it's not for clusters? What's the recommended way around this?

Are there any internal plans to add GUI and/or API based control over the sending/outbound IP addresses? That'd be fantastic!
