Hi,

Please note that our DNS server is working fine without any issues and we could find the MX and TXT records are propagating and configured correctly.

We also found the log in PMG below

Code:
Jul 14 22:24:45 pmg-n1 postfix/smtpd[28123]: connect from domain.com[103.X.X.X]
Jul 14 22:24:45 pmg-n1 postfix/smtpd[28123]: warning: smtpd_client_event_limit_exceptions: non-null host address bits in "103.X.X.X/24", perhaps you should use "103.X.X.0/24" instead
Jul 14 22:24:46 pmg-n1 postfix/smtpd[28123]: warning: mynetworks: non-null host address bits in "103.X.X.X/24", perhaps you should use "103.X.X.0/24" instead
Jul 14 22:24:46 pmg-n1 postfix/smtpd[28123]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from domain.com[103.X.X.X]: 451 4.3.0 <test@test.com>: Temporary lookup failure; from=<ssdc@test1.com> to=<test@test.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<test.local>
Jul 14 22:24:46 pmg-n1 postfix/smtpd[28123]: warning: smtpd_client_event_limit_exceptions: non-null host address bits in "103.X.X.X/24", perhaps you should use "103.X.X.0/24" instead
Jul 14 22:24:46 pmg-n1 postfix/smtpd[28123]: disconnect from Domain.com[103.X.X.X] ehlo=1 mail=1 rcpt=0/1 data=0/1 rset=1 quit=1 commands=4/6

Please advise on the error and how to resolve the issue.

Thank You

Just to confirm, you did a nslookup, dig, or other DNS lookup tool on the PMG server it self to confirm it could find test.com's MX record? What about test.local and rDNS for the relaying server? Not on PMG it self, but I have seen that error in postfix logs when it could not lookup a rDNS on a IPv6 IP .
