OSD Full : ceph storage

please help..
i got full osd notification, i already try delete some vm from the ceph storage but its not work just running and there is no happen.

someone please help..
how i can delete vm that not in use..
i found thread https://www.suse.com/support/kb/doc/?id=000019724 its can set full_ratio 0.95 to full_ratio 0.97 or its 0.02 higher that can be use to delete the unused vm or disk. but what first step that i must do? or i just run ceph set_full_ratio 0.97
