os kernel panic

I got an error from the centos 7 vm . this is a virtual server. How can I find the cause of this error. What could have caused it. we use 6.2.4 proxmox

How you got this error? after fresh install CentOS 7?

Could you post your Proxmox VE version pveversion -v

Access to the server is suddenly cut off. I don't know why. sometimes the same problem happens in other vms. I also want to ask something. is the type of ethernet card correct? According to what we choose ethernet cards. e1000 is used here. I don't know if it has anything to do with the problem but I wanted to ask

Did see if there any error in syslog or journalctl ?

e1000 is used here.

Try to use VirtIO as a Network Device.

Yes through gui go to Datacenter -> NodeName -> VMID -> Hardware -> Network Device click edit and chose [VirtIO]

I want to ask something. Are the speeds of the two Ethernet cards the same? 10 GB? And if I change VirtIO, will I do something about the driver in the virtual server. Will it automatically recognize this card? how can i see this. I need to choose which server version or infrastructure. eg windows 10, windows 2008, 2016, centos 7 and centos 8. Which one should I choose when installing a new operating system is there a matrix?
