Option to add Proxmox Backup Server connection - not available

Hi,
I am running a brand-new installed 6.3-3/eee5f901 version - one single node. I have added the no-subscription repo, and issued an update from UI.
Weird part is that in "Datacenter" -> "Storage" the "Proxmox Backup Server" option - to add a PBS connection is not available.
The client binaries are present, though:

proxmox-backup-client version
client version: 1.0.6

Any thoughts about this ?

Wow... i have changed the browser from firefox to chrome, and now the option is there !
Definitely something wrong on my side.
