Openvz vps start problem

[NewDivx]

Opened with OpenVZ virtual servers, stops when I try to Start.
I say start the virtual server.
multiple stops.
Just going on at opevnz.
No problem at KVM

var/lib/vz/vmid/ Virtual server files does not seem

Create virtual server openvz :
/usr/bin/pvectl vzcreate 111 --disk 8 --ostemplate local:vztmpl/centos-5-standard_5.2-1_i386.tar.gz --rootpasswd $1$CT0EYOyL$UZeb2mWIHoiihTRyvjCYS/ --hostname deneme.dnss --nameserver 217.20.115.1 --nameserver 217.20.116.1 --searchdomain dnss --onboot no --ipset 127.0.0.1 --swap 512 --mem 512 --cpus 1
unable to create VE 111: command 'vzctl create 111 --ostemplate centos-5-standard_5.2-1_i386 --config pve.auto' failed with exit code 5:
Unable to open /dev/vzctl: Is a directory
Please check that vzdev kernel module is loaded and you have sufficient permissions to access the file.

Hi,
do you boot an openvz-kernel (2.6.18 or 2.6.32)?? It's looks like you have a 2.6.35 or so.

Please show the result of "pveversion -v".
