OpenVZ Status: mounted

Hey,

I have a client who installed Gentoo on it's VPS ( http://download.openvz.org/template/precreated/contrib/gentoo-amd64-20071018.tar.gz ).

Now when I say shutdown -r now or reboot, it goes to Status mounted, and thats the end of it.

Anyone seen this?

yes, known bug.

workaround: go to the console and start the VPS again.

vzctl start <vm-id>

Right, I simply hit start via the webinterface. Could this be fixed in the next release maybe? As I can't monitor all servers the whole time, if someone sends a reboot or not.

all known bugs are on our list to be fixed as soon as possible.
