OpenVZ Quota stop working after node reboot

Hi,
after I reboot one of the nodes, with few OpenVZ containers
the server is up and running, but all the OpenVZ quota stop working in all the containers
I checked again and no any changes in the configuration and second level quota is set on 10000 and it's OK
try to re-set it, reboot the node and reboot the containers, nothing help
any suggestion?

it's look like it's some bug in the current version of Proxmox 3.x
can you please update that with https://bugs.openvz.org/browse/OVZ-6655

AFAIK this is already fixed, try latest kernel, see the changelog:
