OpenVZ after reboot

I have truble, when i reboot vm and login system, no mount dir

VM106 root:/# ifconfig
Warning: cannot open /proc/net/dev (No such file or directory). Limited output.
VM106 root:/# df -h
df: cannot read table of mounted file systems: No such file or directory

how fix that? i need always push reboot at web pve

Have you checked the server is booting the right openvz kernel

From SSH type uname -a

all is fine, just need wait 2 min after reboot... long heh
