I' using Proxmox and OVS to build up a Network overlay for virtual datacenters (aka private cloud) using GRE tunnels. I also run a dedicated sniffing infrastructure for analyzing traffic from physical switches using analyzers in virtual machines.
Now I'm facing to distribute this infrastructure over WAN links and I tried to set up my GRE tunnels as IPSEC_GRE.
ovs-vswitchd.log says:
> IPsec requires the ovs-monitor-ipsec daemon
But package openvswitch-ipsec is of version 1.4.2+git20120612-9.1~deb7u1 where openvswitch-switch is of version 2.3.2-1.
Could you please provide a package of the right version?
