OpenVox E1/T1 card - Passthrough Problem

i have an OpenVox A200 Series and want to Passthrough it to a VM ,but when i did it i got follow error:
kvm: -device vfio-pci,host=0c:00.0,id=hostpci0,bus=ich9-pcie-port-1,addr=0x0: vfio error: 0000:0c:00.0: failed to setup container for group 19: failed to set iommu for container: Operation not permitted.

It might be good idea to include the output of qm config <affected vmid> wrap in [ code ][/ code ] tags.

Is your IOMMU Group isolated?
What I mean is this the only device in this Group?
