Opentelemetry metrics format.

Hello,
I'm trying to set up OpenTelemetry on PVE 9.1.9 to send data to VictoriaMetrics, and I'm getting the following error:

/opentelemetry/v1/metrics; json encoding isn't supported for opentelemetry format. Use protobuf encoding

I haven't found a way to change the format to protobuf on PVE.
Does the PVE OpenTelemetry collector support the protobuf format?

no, AFAIK the open telemetry plugin in PVE only supports json currently.

Yep, after reviewing the code, I realized that protobuf encoding is not supported. I have opened a feature request.
