[SOLVED] Online resize vm hardisk on windows 2008/2012R2

Hello,

I'am interested about grow up diskspace in windows guest online. The normal Way is to shutdown Windows, grow up space in PVE, start Windows and grow up spache in guest directly. But for some month i found an entry here in the forum to grow up space online in windows. But i can't find it again.

but windows does not see the new size, have actually virtion driver, tested with SCSI and Virtio blk

Must there be an special Windows Version like Datacenter or Enterprise....

you need to go in disk manager, and rescan disks to see the new size.

after that, you can extend
