One of my VirtualMachine is using all the CPU

Hello everybody,

one of my VirtualMachine is using all my CPU Resources its the CPU Utilization is everytime nearly 75%...

Can i change a option who the VM can only use 25% or maybe lesser?

I'm Using Proxmox 1.7. The VM is created on OpenVZ with CentOS
