After wipe one of the managed cluster and adding it again (change of hostnames, addressation same as was, old cluster name ) old hostnames still shows in Updates section of Remotes, anyone knows where to look for those old hostnames? I have checked hosts and PDM directory for those entries but no luck.

I was able to reproduce the issue. The problem is that the remote data remains cached and the cache is not cleared.
A patch is already in progress. As a quick workaround, delete the cache file to reset it:
After that, click “Refresh All” in the GUI. It should then only show the currently configured nodes.
