Hello all,, first time poster ,
so I've been trying to figure this out myself for a day or 2 but I guess I'm not as good as I thought ha,
Issue I am facing is I'm not able to upload any ISO via GUI nor even when I mount a NFS share
via GUI it just stops at 1% and stays like that
if i try from my windows PC and to to the share /template/iso i get the "you need permission to do this action"
so say its in thisawesomeserver/prox/template/iso i can paste and do anything in the prox dir but then the fun stops in template

Its not a permission issue on my NAS server /
I've used prox before and this never was an issue .. I am on version 8.

any thoughts or suggestions ? thanks a ton in advance

If I'm not clear please let me know what part needs more clarification :)

Hi,

You use root user to login to Web UI, right? If yes - I would check the NFS permissions and the NFS mount options.

yes i log in as root and nfs is public / so its really only the proxmox directories that are created that give me this issue . i will check more permissions
