Hello,
I need a little help.
I wish these following words in the mail object is rejected. Ex : "Are you about to have a HEART ATTACK?"
I can not find or do this configuration.
Can you tell me where I need to do this configuration?

Thank you
Christian

Please consider that this can (probably will) lead to false positives (see e.g. [0] for a quick explanation).
Additionally you can create rules, which take a long time to get processed and thus might block your PMG.

That being said it depends on where you want to filter these 'trigger words':
* If it's in the subject or any other header-field you can use the GUI, and create a What-Object with a 'match-field' entry.
* If it's in the mails body you have to create a custom spamassassin rule
both are described in the online-help in the GUI or the admin-guide[1] (point 4.8 for the custom spamassassin config, point 5 (5.3) for the mail-filter rules).
For the spamassassin body-checks the spamassassin docs are also quite helpful [2]

Hope this helps
