I have been trying for days to passthrough an NVIDIA K2000D to a Windows 10 VM and keep getting a error 43. I've checked the wiki, passed the rom through, made all the kernel cmd line changes, installed the latest driver, installed older driver, done both bios and uefi, blacklisted all the drivers on the host, and am still getting an error 43 no matter what. I also tried in a Xubuntu guest and that works fine.
