Hello,
I have my UPS (APC 650) connected to Synology NAS and have the NAS UPS Server enabled, entered with my Proxmax nodes IPs.
Anyone has example to set up Proxmax nodes to herbinate/pause its VMs and then shut down itself with Network UPS Tools. I prefer herbinate ( or pause) the VMs rather then shutting them down before shutting down the nodes.
Network UPS Tools

Another question is the VMs I am using are Windows, some of the program running I have to start manually, hence I dont want to use shutdown of the VM and have it auto startup when the nodes come back, as I have to go into the VM to open the program. I suppose herbinate/pause will overcome having to start the program inside Windows manually, but which one is better for this case? Pause or herninate?
Thank you
