Number of Backups to keep

Dear proxmox pros,
I'm trying to find out where to configure how many backups will be kept on a storage directory. I found some screenshots pointing out to a field "Mx Backups"


Unfortunately in my 8.03 system this option was removed:


There's a option "Kept backups", but I'm really unsure wht to put where?
My goal is that, after a successfull backup, the previos one is deleted.



Would be very happy if someone could give me a hint on that?

Unfortunately in my 8.03 system this option was removed:

it got extended with a much more flexible one. If you'd like to see what different settings would do, see here: https://pbs.proxmox.com/docs/prune-simulator/index.html

Then you need to set Letzte behalten/Keep Last to 1. This corresponds to the old Max Backups being 1.
