NUMA not working correctly

Hi!
Ive got a problem. When i activate NUMA option, and check the opctions for hot swap memory and CPU, the VM (linux vm in this case) doesnt recognize the memory (only swap memory). I test it with htop.
When i activate NUMA option and unchek (disable) hot swap memory and CPU option, the vm see all the memory (2GB, 4GB, etc)
Can you help me please?

Update:
With Windows VM i dont have that problem.

when enabling memory hotplug, you must tell the guest to actually use the memory, see https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Hotplug_(qemu_disk,nic,cpu,memory)

I just tried those steps with Proxmox 7.1-11 in a VM but pci_hotplug not found in directory /lib/modules/5.13.19-6-pve.
EDIT: Nevermind, it works. It is just not a module but built-in for Proxmox kernels.
