NTP Time Problem

I have installed Proxmox Mail Gateway as a Virtual Machine on a Poxmox VE. The date regularly changes to July 1914 eventhough the NTP time server (pool.ntp.org) is correctly set. If the NTP time server is changed to for example uk.pool.ntp.org and saved the time and date is correct. But will cahnge to July 1914 after a period.

you should use the Proxmox Mail Gateway OpenVZ template, using venet. Inside container you should not start ntp, stop the service.
