novnc won't connect on fresh install of 7.0

I've got a new install of 7.0-11 and am trying to create the first VM on the machine, a windows client. Every time I try to connect to the console it times out. Out of curiosity, I tried the console of the host itself and it will not connect either. This is being performed directly from the web UI.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?
 
Hi,

Have you tried another browser private/incognito?

Sometimes if you have an Anti Virus it will reject the connection to noVNC, also it could be from the plugins on the browser.

What error did you get in noVNC when you open it?

I've tried Chrome, Chrome Igncognito and Edge on two different machines. The error is "TASK ERROR: connection timed out".
 
Sure enough, and I believe for the first time ever, it actually was the AV! haha Thanks for pointing that out :)
