novnc after reboot dont work

i have to shutdown my server and start it again due to some power cable managment... after this i cant connect to vnc console... before was everything OK...

no connection : Connection timed out
TASK ERROR: command '/bin/nc -l -p 5900 -w 10 -c '/usr/sbin/qm vncproxy 115 2>/dev/null'' failed: exit code 1

root@proxmox:~# telnet localhost 5900
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

can somebody help me? i have firefox... and google chrome, none of them works...

direct connection no firewall or something else...

thank you for your reaction and help... i dont understand why, but after i reboot my laptom, novnc works again... sorry for bothering...
