Novice with network, how setup port 80?

Thank you, I try it maybe later... I installed the VMware Workstation Pro 17, it´s free yet. Installed, created a VM and routed the port to him. WORK. Thats all I want. The Proxmox is catastrophic with Net settings in GUI.
In Docker is very easy too, left:right side with ports to proxy it and work... Or anything like in GUI must be: Left side port coming-Right side out port, work.
I watched all videos on Youtube (the 1 hour videos too), in German language with subtitles too and nothing. Only make people angry.

Vmbr0 have internet, Vmbr1 never. No in or out internet. I have 1 IP.
I have TP-Link router, all common ports are forwarded to Proxmox server (HP DL360 G9 1U with 2x CPU).
